Can’t find your model in AutoEq search? Send the exact brand and model name and we’ll review coverage.
Describe what you expected, what happened, and whether playback was local or Apple Music. Never attach private audio unless specifically requested.
Tell us about your listening setups, device switching habits, or ideas for making sound profiles easier to use.
Protected Apple Music audio is played by Apple’s MusicKit platform player. iOS does not give ToneEQ access to that decoded audio, so software EQ is unavailable. Import a supported local audio file or use an included test sound to use ToneEQ’s audio engine and EQ.
The free version keeps one automatic profile bound to one device. A new device starts Flat until you explicitly move the binding. Pro can keep profiles for multiple devices, while still ensuring only one final EQ is applied at a time.
Open ToneEQ Settings, choose Subscription, then Restore Purchases. Purchases are associated with your Apple Account and managed by the App Store.
Use Settings → Data & Privacy inside ToneEQ to remove local data and request removal of supported cloud profile data. You can also email the address above for help.
Support is provided by email in English and Chinese. We aim to respond within five business days. ToneEQ is currently preparing for App Store release, so features and availability may change before launch.
