3.1 Scope
These Subscription Terms apply when you start, purchase, renew, restore, change, or cancel a ToneEQ Pro subscription. They supplement the Terms of Service. Apple’s purchase terms and the information shown in the App Store purchase sheet also apply.
3.2 Plans and Benefits
ToneEQ currently offers two auto-renewable plans in one subscription group:
- ToneEQ Pro Weekly (
tone_week199): a one-week subscription period with no free trial in the current configuration. - ToneEQ Pro Yearly (
tone_year1699): a one-year subscription period. Eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day free trial when that offer is displayed by Apple before purchase.
An active ToneEQ Pro entitlement currently unlocks the parametric equalizer, multiple device profiles, device automation, Listening Match, profile layers, profile import/export, and private iCloud profile synchronization. The free version continues to provide its advertised free functionality.
3.3 Price and Purchase Confirmation
The current price and currency for your storefront are displayed in ToneEQ and in Apple’s purchase confirmation sheet before you authorize payment. The price shown by Apple at confirmation is controlling. Prices may vary by country or region and may include or exclude taxes as determined by Apple and applicable law.
Payment is charged by Apple to the payment method associated with your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The Provider does not directly receive or store your full payment-card details.
3.4 Free Trial
The yearly plan’s seven-day free trial is available only when Apple determines that your Apple Account is eligible and displays the offer before confirmation. Trial eligibility is controlled by Apple and may generally be limited to eligible subscribers within the subscription group.
If you begin an eligible trial, you receive Pro access immediately and are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the yearly subscription automatically converts to a paid annual subscription at the price displayed when you started the trial, subject to any later price change handled under Section 3.8.
If Apple does not display a free-trial offer in the purchase sheet, the purchase is not subject to a free trial. Promotional, offer-code, and win-back terms, if introduced later, will be disclosed with the applicable offer.
3.5 Automatic Renewal
ToneEQ Pro renews automatically for successive periods of the same duration unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription or trial period. Apple may charge your Apple Account within 24 hours before renewal. Renewal continues until canceled.
Deleting ToneEQ, stopping use of the App, disabling iCloud, or losing access to Apple Music does not cancel ToneEQ Pro.
3.6 Managing or Canceling Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel ToneEQ Pro through your Apple Account subscription settings. On iPhone, Apple currently provides this control under Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Apple may also provide web or App Store subscription-management controls.
Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Unless Apple or applicable law provides otherwise, you retain Pro access until the end of the already-paid period, and cancellation does not generate a prorated refund for unused time.
3.7 Restoring Purchases and Device Access
You may use ToneEQ’s Restore Purchases control to ask Apple to synchronize eligible entitlements. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. A valid subscription should be available on supported devices where ToneEQ is available and where Apple recognizes the entitlement, subject to App compatibility and Apple’s account rules.
Family Sharing is not enabled in the current ToneEQ subscription configuration. An entitlement therefore applies according to the purchasing Apple Account and Apple’s applicable rules.
3.8 Price Changes and Taxes
Apple or the Provider may change subscription prices prospectively. Apple will provide notice or request consent where required. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the price takes effect. Taxes, currency conversion, billing, and storefront pricing are administered by Apple.
3.9 Upgrades, Downgrades, Billing Problems, and Grace Periods
The weekly and yearly plans belong to the same subscription group. If you switch plans, Apple determines when the change takes effect, whether any amount is prorated, and the next billing date, and will display applicable purchase information.
If payment fails, Apple may attempt billing recovery. ToneEQ may continue Pro access during a billing grace period or billing-retry state recognized by StoreKit. Access may end if Apple no longer reports an active, grace-period, or otherwise qualifying entitlement.
3.10 Refunds
Apple processes App Store payments and refund requests. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, the Provider cannot issue an App Store refund directly. You may request a refund through Apple’s available purchase-support process. Approval is determined by Apple under its policies and applicable law.
3.11 Expiration, Revocation, and Data
When a subscription expires, is refunded, or is revoked, ToneEQ will disable Pro-only features after StoreKit reports the updated entitlement. Free features remain available.
Expiration does not automatically delete local profiles or private CloudKit records. Existing data may remain, but an active subscription may be required to edit multiple profiles, use Pro processing, synchronize, or import/export profile data. You remain responsible for exporting any profile backup you wish to retain while the export feature is available.
3.12 Changes to Subscription Benefits
We may improve or modify Pro features over time. During a paid period, we will continue to provide the subscription’s material advertised value unless a change is required by law, Apple policy, security, platform compatibility, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any material prospective change will be described in the App or App Store information as required.
